Before the simulation exercise, the general manager of Bolian company made a mobilization speech on the water emergency rescue exercise. The chairman of the People's Congress of Heshun town and the director of the emergency command center of the Emergency bureau of Tengchong city emphasized and requested the purpose, significance and safe production of the drill respectively.
Then, the simulation exercise formally began. Two "tourists" fell overboard while taking photos on a cruise ship. After the tourist was found drowning, the tour guide and the boat driver immediately threw out the lifebuoy to pull the drowning person out of the water, and timely contact the rescue vessel to rescue the tourist and escort to the dock.
After landing, the staff quickly checks the body situation of the drowning person, and use theposture of head low and high feet, the intake of water control poured out. For the "tourist" who was in a coma and had lost vital signs, the staff immediately carried out Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, and contacted Heshun Health Center to the scene for treatment. After her\his vital signs stabilized, she was sent to a health center for further treatment. The whole exercise was conducted with proper command, clear division of labor, rapid action, efficient rescue, and achieved the expected goals.
After the drill, the executive deputy general manager of Bolian company summarized and commented on the drill. This drill is close to actual combat, scientific organization, disposal work in an orderly manner, and successfully completed the scheduled drill tasks. In the future, we will strictly follow the requirements and instructions of all levels and departments to ensure production safety throughout every work.
