"Yuzhou Pavilion" was built by Heshun people in memory of Chun Shusheng, the first principal of Yiqun Middle School and the vice principal of Yunnan University. Cun Shusheng, also known as Yuzhou, was once the chairman of the Democratic League and is a famous educator in Yunnan. The stele on the pavilion was inscribed by Chu Tunan, the former vice chairman of the National People's Congress. The flagstone road beside the lotus pool is called Qiunong Road, named after the nickname of Li Zuhua, the second headmaster of Yiqun Middle School, which shows the fine tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education of Heshun people.
