On October 2, the immersive courtyard play "The Sky Fell and the Earth Fell", created by Yunnan Grand Theatre Co., LTD and Yuan Dong Opera Company, was performed at Heshun Family in Heshun Ancient Town scenic spot. Adapted from a novel of the same name by renowned Thai writer Malay Chupini, "The Sky Falls, the Earth Falls," a story of love and punishment, has been widely praised for its clever conception and deep themes, and has been made into a film three times in Thailand. In order to avoid the harsh cultural differences of the original story, Li Wei, the writer and director of "Heaven Falls, Earth Falls", has made a bold adaptation of the story, changing the setting of the story to the Republic of China, a deep house in the courtyard of a cruel and beautiful love tragedy. This is the first time for the show, which was staged at the Ma Family Compound in Kunming to great acclaim, to appear in Tengchong and Heshun.
